Jamie Adley has over 25 plus years of experience in the real estate industry that includes a wide diversity of product and project knowledge. His background includes development, construction, planning, marketing, management, financing, and real estate brokerage. Mr. Adley’s product experience spans shopping centers, office parks, assisted care facilities for the elderly, as well as rental apartments and single-family homes. As a graduate of Florida State University, Mr. Adley has a B.S. Degree in both real estate and finance. He is a Florida builder and licensed real estate Broker. Jamie Adley is active in Local and State Home Builder Associations. For the local association, Mr. Adley was the 2013 President, 2013 Builder of the year, and Spike of the year for 2012, 2013 and 2014. Mr. Adley is the 2014 Pinnacle Builder for the Florida Home Builders Association. Jamie Adley is co-owner of Winston-James Construction which is the developer and exclusive builder for the Villages of Royal Palm. The Villages of Royal Palm is a 480 home, gated, maintenance free community, with a 12,000 sq. ft clubhouse.
