Paytas Homes, Inc. was founded by second-generation builder Jim Paytas, Jr., and has built a reputation upon quality, superb design of homes, communities and lifestyles, impeccable service and customer satisfaction. Consistent glowing referrals and hundreds of satisfied customers are the driving forces which continue to make Paytas Homes the best local builder. Jim Paytas, Jr. is a lifelong resident of the greater Daytona Beach area and is well known and respected by the community and his peers. He is a longtime member of the National, State and Local Home Builders Associations and serves as a Director for the FloridaHome Builders Association and past President of Volusia Home Builders Association.

We continue the tradition that began years ago with Jim Mather as Vice President, who has been dedicated to the company since 1999. He is a Licensed Florida Contractor, Realtor and 2015 President of the Volusia Home Builders Association who has embodied all of the values that have made us successful.
